Before completing your order please read the following:

We normally ship orders within three to seven business days. Some orders may take more due to an out of stock item. Once the order is shipped a tracking number is provided. If you do not receive a tracking number your Email may have blocked it due to spam.  After 7 business days if we have not contacted you please contact us on the status of your order.  Occasionally your order may be delayed a few more days if we expect an out of stock item to arrive soon. If we feel the out of stock item will take a while to arrive we may ship an incomplete order so you can get started. This is at our discretion or at your request.

If your order was declined it’s most likely a difference in Shipping and Billing Addresses. Try to checkout with PayPal if this happens.

Some orders with out of stock items may ship without the missing items but generally we will delay the shipment until we receive out of stock items. Please let us know if you require a partial shipment.

Some items are shipped direct from the factory and may have no tracking and may take longer to arrive.

XR-E LEDs are close out we will not receive future orders.

24″ Anodized Heatsinks are special order, expect a couple week delay after placing order.

We reserve the right to cancel and notify our customers of any pricing errors, discount code or inventory errors that occur on our site.

LEDs are susceptible to a damage during a current or voltage surge….DO NOT HAVE YOUR DRIVER PLUGGED IN WHEN YOU ATTACH IT AND ENSURE THERE ARE NO LOOSE WIRES OR COLD SOLDER JOINTS…We cannot warranty LEDs other that they are properly placed on the star, not damaged during shipping and they are the correct ones you ordered.

Other items like drivers are warrantied based on the the specific manufacturer warranty and are handled through us or the manufacturer.

International:

International orders are a Flat Rate USPS or in some cases FedEx Priority.  Heavy items or items that cannot ship USPS Flat Rate may have an additional shipping charge. Orders over 20Lbs will have an additional charge.

Apollo and Acan Fixtures only ship to USA and Canada.

Shipments to South Africa and numerous other countries are not insured by USPS. Shipping without insurance is at the customers risk, we only guarantee that the product was shipped and provide USPS or FedEx tracking. For USPS orders a P.O. Box is recommended. For orders without USPS insurance and for expensive orders contact us and we can ship FedEx Priority at an additional charge. There may be a couple day delay in processing and the extra charge will be processed through PayPal.

The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes regarding any international shipment.

We can only ship 12″ or less heatsinks outside the USA and Canada. Larger Heatsinks can cost several hundred dollars to ship overseas. Each international package must weigh less than 20LB to qualify for USPS Flate Rate prices. Heavy packages or multiple packages may incur an additional shipping charge. These are done through PayPal.
