In most cases orders will be shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS within 3-7 business days upon receipt.
All Items are warranted to arrive in good order. If your shipment is damaged in any way, please send us a picture and we will replace the damaged items. We only warranty that our LEDs and/or electrical equipment arrive undamaged and in good order. LEDs are sensitive to electrical surge and in most cases damage is caused by factors out of our control. In most cases LEDs that do not light are simply shorted out by poor soldering. However, in some cases we will replace individual LEDs depending on the circumstances. Our drivers carry a 2 year warranty from Mean Well and driver replacement issues should be directed to Mean Well USA. If you are having any problems please contact us.
Our credit card processing is through Authorize.net. We find this extremely secure but unfortunately if the shipping address is different than the billing address the order might be rejected. If this happens we normally have a record of the transaction and can accept PayPal at sales@reefledlights.com. We do not keep any credit card information on file so in the unlikely event a refund is warranted our preferred method is through PayPal. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
International orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Box for $49.95 for each box or FedEx. Canadian orders are $24.95 Flat Rate. See Note: Additional charges may be reqiried on LED fixtures and heatsinks. We ship to any country that allows USPS, UPS or FedEx. We do not ship to North Korea, Syria or Iran just because.
International orders depending on the bank my not be approved by Authorize.net. If this happens we can accept payment through PayPal at sales@reefledlights.com. Heatsinks are normally shipped separately and up to four 12 inch heatsinks (depending on width) can fit into one Flat Rate Box. Each country has different custom requirements and tax rules based on the value of goods purchased. For all international orders please contact us regarding these rules to ensure you receive the best value in shipping and product pricing. Also please let us know if there is any difficulty in ordering and contact us for all International Heatsink orders over 12″ as there may be an additional charge. All customs and duties are the customers responsibility.
